About Em

Hey, I’m Emily, but feel free to call me Em!

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN). Watch THIS video to learn more about the difference between a nutritionist and a Dietitian.

I earned my B.S. in Nutrition & Dietetics, Dietetic Internship, & M.S. in Nutrition all from Abilene Christian University!

I’ve been passionate about health & nutrition since the 4th grade when I became addicted to the “health” section in Seventeen Magazine! I enjoy helping others find balance in life AND health through nutrition education. I love doing this through YouTube, Blogs, expos worksite wellness presentations, and more!

Life can be crazy & chaotic, and it can be hard to prioritize our health, but prioritizing your health does not mean restriction. Nutrition, fitness, wellness, and health are not meant to be strict, complicated, and restrictive. I would love to help you find a way to have a balanced life and optimal health while having food freedom!

Let me help you find ways that work alongside your busy life!
